Week 2

2 weeks of loving you Remi girl.

Wow two weeks already.

Mommy is so healed up you would hardly know she had a surgery!

(Unless you ask her to walk anywhere outside the house).

You are still such a good baby, everyone is in shock!

You never cry, and are just so calm and curious about the world around you.

For some reason mommy was throwing up one night which was terrifying with her incision, but all is well. Daddy, as always took amazing care of the both of us during all of this.

He is still super dad, cooking and cleaning and loving on us so well.

He changes more diapers than mommy, how funny is that!

Your umbilical cord fell off!! That thing really freaked me out. i felt like I was going to hurt you if I touched it.

I was supposed to save it because, I don’t know it’s a thing to save the umbilical cord.. so I set it on the dresser.

Well, in typical shooter fashion he jumped up and ate it!!

Crazy.

…. and really gross.

You will get used to Shooter and his craziness though, I promise.

He is so in love with you. Watching your every move.

You are so sweet and gentle.

You are the best baby ever, it is incredible to be in your presence. 

You bring a peace to my soul I have never felt before.

A peace I never even knew was possible.

How special it is to be your mommy baby girl.
